JFK Plot before Dallas Assassination?

This is really interesting and scary too, apparently there was a plot that was foiled before the fatal shot in dallas that killed JFK. I would also like to say Happy late Thanksgiving. Sorry for the lack of updates people's!

According to former Secret Service agent Abraham Bolden, President Kennedy was due to arrive in Chicago on November 2, 1963 to attend an Army-Air Force football game at Soldier Field and to ride in a parade, but Secret Service agents in Chicago recommended that the White House cancel the trip after two alleged threats against the president.

According to news reports at the time, Kennedy didn't come to Chicago that day because he was ill or because of a diplomatic crisis, WLS-TV reports.

Bolden tells WLS-TV that when the Warren Commission began investigating JFK's assassination, he attempted to inform members about the Chicago plots and alleged misconduct by his fellow agents, but was arrested and prosecuted for soliciting a bribe from a counterfeiter and served a six-year sentence.

Bolden claims it was a set-up to silence him. The main witness has recanted his accusations, and Bolden hopes now to clear his name, the station reports.

So if you watch the news constantly like me and other lifeless leeches I know here on the good ole' internet you know Obama didn't wear his american flag pin on his lapel, becuase of the way the war is going. Apparently however it's gotten to the point where not wearing one is unpatriotic. Look I don't agree with what this man says but if you don't want to wear your american flag pin, big deal. I'm sure he still celebrates this great country in other ways, just that way was taken off due to his feelings for the war.

In any case the war isn't America, so thats where the "you should still be patriotic no matter what direction America is going" attitude. Look all I know is I fly 2 american flags in my backyard, wear american flag pins on my suits and have an coffee mug with reagan and kennedy's heads on them behind an american flag. If I'm not pro american I don't know what I am.

Thinking about buying Sim City Societies? Wait!

Sim City Societies VS Cities Unlimited

We all know this new game Sim City Societies looks pretty darn good, but we have to understand that this game once it comes out this holiday season, will be a far cry from another new city building game that will be released sometime next year, called Cities Unlimited from Monte Cristo, maker of City Life.

Now I know what your thinking "Oh, but city life was abysmal at best" and it wasn't that impressive, but it layed out the foundation for a much better, new game, which the developer, unlike Tilted Mill, listened to it's users and the people and found out exactly what we wanted in a city building game, realism not just in terrain, but management, and the ability to sculpt the city of your dreams, and actually like it, something I cannot say for Societies unfortunately.

Ultimately, a large majority of people, including those on Simtropolis wanted realism, and the abilities that made Sim City 4 and still does make it one of the best games in that genre of all time. Cities Unlimited will be out most likely next year, maybe during the holiday season or sooner, as some sources leaked.

Regardless, if I haven't caught your attention yet, check out these screenshot comparisons, that perhaps are so dramatically different, they show who actually cares enough to make a worthy city building game like Sim City 4 and it's predecessors.

Sorry about the deadness feeling of this blog.. I've allowed a month to pass without an update so here's one for September, I found 20 dollars under my bed and I'm going to use it to buy a cheap lava lamp I saw down at Target for $19.99.. no I'm not a hippy, I'm a hippet, YO YO YO! Ok that was uber lame. Anyways.. I'm gonna do a picture update on Thailand next week and one on a special city here in the states which I'm not going to disclose yet, you'll just have to wait. lol. Anyways have a wonderful weekend!

Let's face it, Sim City is one of the greatest games in the world, and from the first one to the 4th and soon to be 5th, as well as the portable versions, there's no denying sim city is a great and versitile game, that's fun for generations and generations to come. And now, let's review the 2nd in the franchise, which many consider the best one in the entire series besides the first one.

It seems like it to me. I mean alot of people on there seem to hate religion, specifically christianity, and further more republican ideals. I just think as an Independant that it needs to be leveled out. Neither side has it right in my opinion, but of course this is going to be bashed I know. Anyways whats your opinion? HURRICANE DEAN NEARING CATEGORY 5

MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica (CNN) -- Hurricane Dean battered the southern coast of Jamaica with heavy rains and surf as its eye passed offshore late Sunday, apparently sparing the Caribbean island the worst of its 145 mph winds.

David Shields, the deputy director of the island's tourism board, described conditions in the capital, Kingston, as "absolutely scary."

Ronald Jackson, Jamaica's disaster preparedness director, said at least one house had collapsed, but there were no known serious injuries.

"We'll be sending assessment teams out as soon as we can," Jackson said. See Dean's projected path »

At 11 p.m. ET, Dean's eye was located 135 miles (215 km) west-southwest of Kingston, the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, reported. Its top winds of 145 mph (232 km/h) made it a strong Category 4 storm, with hurricane-force winds extending 60 miles from its center.

Sustained winds of 80 mph buffeted Kingston, and amateur radio operators reported streets were flooding, the hurricane center said.

An unofficial observation from Lionel Town, about 30 miles east of the capital, put top winds at 100 mph. And an aviation weather station at Kingston International Airport clocked winds even higher, at 114 mph.

Tropical storm-force winds could be felt as far out as 205 miles from the storm, forecasters reported.

Dean was moving westward at nearly 20 mph as it skirted the island, forecasters said. As it moves into the western Caribbean Sea, the storm retains the potential to become a Category 5 hurricane -- the top of the scale, with winds in excess of 155 mph.

Jamaica Public Service Company -- the sole distributor of electricity in Jamaica -- announced it was turning off the island's electricity to preserve the integrity of the system. In addition, the National Water Commission said it had turned off some pumps, especially in places prone to flooding.

Forecasters predicted Dean would dump anywhere from 5 to 20 inches of rain on the island, with a storm surge of 7 to 9 feet (2 to 3 meters) expected to batter coastal areas.

The storm already has been blamed for at least seven deaths across the Caribbean islands, including two killed as the storm stalked Haiti.

The storm is headed for the Yucatan Peninsula and could regain it's Category 5 strength by then and possibly hitting the Texas and Mexican border head on as a Category 3 or higher which has prompted several evacuations and an early state of emergency for Texas by President Bush to further evacuation efforts in the region.

HURRICANE SEASON HEATING UP

The tropics are heating up as the August heat wave continues across much of the eastern U.S. The AccuWeather.com Hurricane Center is closely monitoring a newly-formed tropical depression and two tropical waves in the Atlantic Basin, while Hurricane Flossie is headed toward the Hawaiian Islands. The Hurricane Center reports a tropical wave that last Friday moved off the coast of Africa has been upgraded to Tropical Depression 4.

The Hurricane Center meteorologists feel TD-4 has the potential to develop into the first Atlantic hurricane of the 2007 season. At 11 a.m. EDT, Tropical Depression 4 was located approximately 520 miles west-southwest of Cape Verde Island, moving west at near 21 mph. Maximum sustained winds were near 35 mph; however, the depression is expected to continue strengthening.

The Miner Situation..

UTAH MINE COLLAPSE TRAPS 6 MINERS

Well this month hasn't shaped up very well, with the bridge collapse, and now these poor trapped miners and their families. They apparently tried to stick a microphone down into where they believe these miners are, but haven't had an audio responses. Oddly enough the air is said to be very healthy down there do to the low co2 ammount and the fact that there is alot of it, oxygen that is. Now assuming they hit the wrong area, or the miners are hurt and simply not speaking maybe becuase they are asleep or passed out, or can't speak due to the injuries if they have any.

It's important to note that the man who bashed the AP and Fox News is not the president of the united states. Although I can see why he would be frusrated, I don't like the fact that he was yelling due to a simple mistake in reporting. But it's his problem and I hope he gets it sorted out. I know these guys are stressed and I do hope they find these men and their pain can end just as these miners pain can end if they find them.

Anyways I hope you will pray or at least hope these men get out safely and most importantly alive. God Bless!

Sim City DS is "uber" cool

:: SIM CITY DS :: REVIEW ::

This game is really fun guys. It's for the "Big" fan of the Sim City franchise like myself and the "Wtf is Sim City?!" type's too. It's easy to pick up and play, has a variety of diasters you have to manage, fun events like dropping presents off from Santa, or tranqualizing a large monkey when you have alot of pollution in your city. (Which unfortunately seems to be the only way to draw in more people, factories and such).

The other thing I wish they could of changed is you can only build one city at a time. No you can't build one and link it to another your working on like in Sim City 4 or other previous Sim City titles. I wish that could of been changed but I'm guessing it was to make it so the DS could handle it. And even still it lags, which is very strange for the DS. The detail ammount causes slowdowns in the gameplay, and a loading screen. Something you would of expected in the PSP.

But past all that Sim City DS is a fun game that has alot of potential for future titles. It's fun, challenging, and just a breath of fresh air from the normal ds titles. And until Sim City Societies comes out later this year it's a good way to relax and enjoy that classic gameplay until then. And classic is true in the game as well, which plays more like Sim City 3000. Which was a great game, indeed.

Bridge Colapse claims the lives of 7, more feared dead or missing..

BRIDGE COLLAPSE CLAIMS 7 LIVES, MORE MAY BE MISSING OR DROWNED

The eight-lane Interstate 35W bridge, a major Minneapolis artery, was in the midst of being repaired and two lanes in each direction were closed when the bridge buckled.

"There were two lanes of traffic, bumper to bumper, at the point of the collapse. Those cars did go into the river," Minneapolis Police Lt. Amelia Huffman. "At this point there is nothing to suggest that this was anything other than a structural collapse."

Jamie Winegar of Houston was sitting in traffic shortly after 6 p.m. when all of a sudden she started hearing "boom, boom, boom and we were just dropping, dropping, dropping, dropping."

The car she was riding in landed on top of a smaller car but did not fall into the water. She said her nephew yelled, "'It's an earthquake!' and then we realized the bridge was collapsing."
Minneapolis Fire Chief Jim Clack said 60 people were taken to area hospitals for treatment and that the death toll could rise.
Rescuers called off the search as nightfall made it too dangerous to search the waters filled with chucks of the mangled bridge and at least 50 vehicles in the water.

"We think there are several more vehicles in the river we can't see yet," Clack said, adding that the likelihood of finding survivors was slim.
Dr. Joseph Clinton, emergency medical chief at Hennepin County Medical Center, said his hospital treated 28 injured people — including six who were in critical condition.
Clinton said at least one of the victims had drowned.

The Homeland Security Department also said the collapse did not appear to be terrorism-related. The National Transportation Safety Board planned to send a team of investigators to Minneapolis, NTSB spokesman Ted Lopatkiewicz said.
Gov. Tim Pawlenty said the bridge was inspected by the Minnesota Department of Transportation in 2005 and 2006 and that no structural problems were noted. "There were some minor things that needed attention," he said.

Police Chief Tim Dolan said officers were checking other bridges as a precaution.
The steel-arched bridge, which was built in 1967, rose about 64 feet above the river and stretched about 1,900 feet across the river. The bridge was built with a single 458-foot-long steel arch to avoid putting any piers in the water that might interfere with river navigation.

A burning truck and a school bus clung to one slanted slab. The bus had just crossed the bridge before it crumpled into pieces.
Christine Swift's 10-year-old daughter, Kaleigh, was on the bus returning from a field trip and called her mother. "She was screaming, 'The bridge collapsed!"' Swift said.
She said a police officer told her all the kids got off the bus safely.

It appeared that the center section of the bridge dropped straight down and pancaked in the middle of the river, leaving several vehicles stranded on a broken island of wreckage. As divers plumbed the waters, other rescuers searched frantically for victims amid broken, zigzagged sections of blacktop. Some of the injured were carried up the riverbanks.
Dozens of vehicles were scattered and stacked on top of each other amid the rubble. Some people were stranded on parts of the bridge that weren't completely in the water.

Many motorists could have been headed to the Minnesota Twins game not far from the bridge. Team officials decided to play the game after conferring with department of public safety officials. It was decided that sending 20,000-25,000 people back into traffic could hinder rescue efforts, said team president Dave St. Peter.

Catherine Yankelevich survived a 1994 earthquake in Northridge, Calif., and was on the I-35W bridge when it began to shake. "Cars started flying and I was falling and saw the water," she said. After her car plunged into the river, she climbed out the driver's side window and swam to shore uninjured.

Road crews had been working on the 40-year-old bridge's deck, joints, guardrails and lights this week. "None of it would be related to the structure," said Bob McFarlin, assistant to Minnesota Transportation Commissioner Carol Molnau.

The bridge was scheduled for inspection this fall, he said.
Tom Sloan, head of the bridge division for Progressive Contractors Inc. said his company had 18 workers on the bridge at the time of the collapse and one was unaccounted for on Wednesday night.

Three were hospitalized, while several others were treated for minor injuries, he said.
"Obviously, this is a catastrophe of historic proportions for Minnesota," said Gov. Tim Pawlenty. "And right now we are focused on making sure that we are doing everything to respond to the needs of those individuals that may have been harmed in this incident."

I was recently listening to the Celtic version of Led Zeppelin's hit "Stairway to Heaven". I gotta say it was great sounding. The smooth sounds were just amazing. Yet another threat from a man in a diaper. I really, really wonder sometimes if any of these threats are credable or just plots to scare people into submission, which obviously isn't happening. (Except Europeons, who are overrun with terrorists pretty much).

It does make you wonder though. Someday if we reach a point where they can attack places like Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, or Bethlahem, what will WE* do to stop it? A new world war? A simple counter strike to put them in their place? Well time will tell, whether these threats are real, or if they are just used to scare people into submission as I said before.

And no, if your wondering I don't believe WE* will be hit again anytime soon. I personally believe this to be a little over exaggerated threat potential, personally, mind you. What do you think?

On Aug. 28, skywatchers across much of North America can watch as the Moon crosses into the Earth's shadow and will undergo its second total eclipse in 2007.
West Coast viewers will get the best show.
Lunar eclipses occur when Earth gets between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow. The view is different from each location on the planet. Along the West Coast of Canada and the United States and in Alaska, the entire eclipse will be visible from start to finish before moonset in the early morning hours of that Tuesday. Hawaiians will see totality – when the moon is completely in Earth's shadow – high in their sky around midnight.
In eastern Asia and Australia, the event will occur on the same date but in the evening, since for this part of the world it will coincide with moonrise.

My apologies for not updating in awhile..

I've been really busy so I haven't really had time to make any new interesting posts. The china profile is still being worked on in Microsoft Word so it may be a few more days before I post something interesting, like usual, or at least like sometimes. (Heh.) Anyways I got approved for a 10 dollar post at PayPerPost. It's a baby step to becoming a better more accomplished and somewhat money generating blogger. Although I still do it just becuase I like socializing and talking to others about random stuff. Anyways I gotta go, God Bless and keep blogging or doing whatever bloggers do in their spare time. (Myself, just eat, go to work, come home, watch tv, sleep, repeat cycle.) lol. Like a never ending ferris wheel ride, as such is life in some cases. Nintendo Press Conference :: Sony Press Conference Live @ E3

Nintendo has a few technicalities on their software and new Wiifit* technology which will further immerse gamers into getting healthy and fit. I'm sure they will have that fixed by the time it releases though. Mario Kart for the Wii, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, and Super Mario Galaxy all look fabulous. The Sony stuff is sure to please and I'm looking foward to seeing what they have to show such as the new PSP console which is said to be MUCH* slimmer and not as heavy as the current one. But time will tell as e3 2007 continues. Stay Tuned!

The Electronic Gaming Convention :: E3 2007 :: Coverage

E3 has gotten off to a great start. The new Xbox 360 lineup was quite impressive, from a new Naruto game, to Assassin's Creed, and of course Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. All of these games present a future that is bright for the gaming industry, Microsoft included. The future looks great in my opinion. Tommorow I'm going to talk about the Nintendo and Sony conferences which I know will show some great stuff off for the gaming industry. Such as a resigned PSP, which is said to be much sleeker and smaller than the current PSP, and of course, some new Wii titles.

But enough of my rambling, let's take a look at some of these new titles presented by Microsoft earlier this evening. If you missed it I believe you can find it at http://www.gamespot.com/, they do have a live (but delayed by about 5 seconds feed of the conferences) somewhere on there site, obviously highlighted.
Instead of pictures, I figured the trailers would present the game in better light..enjoy.

I’ve made several friends on PPP in the past few months, so exciting to finally get the chance to do this, I got approved today and while I’ve only been with PPP for about a few months, visiting wise, not using wise, I’ve learned quite a lot. PPP is a real just open opportunity, it’s got thousands of bloggers signed up for it and they all get paid to do what they love. Perhaps this is why I had to sign up for them. The overall outlook to me of PPP is a fun, exciting way to make money online.

Im excited if you can't already tell. This is the one time of year that my city does anything interesting, and the fireworks are amazing every single year. No they aren't like New Yorks, or something, but they still reflect over such an amazing country.

We have alot of problems right now in America, and alot of the world doesn't like us much, or at least it seems that way. But I believe in the spirit of freedom, peace and a country that was founded on morals. Alot of american's have forgotton what "morals" and "god" and things like that are. And while it's dissapointing to know that not everyone is "on board" this great country, (and let's face it some people should be thrown overboard) this country still has many a great things and despite it's hardships, perils and issues will always be one of the greatest countries on the face of this planet today.

Fireworks, BBQ's, parties, tons of fun for today, what are you guys doing? I'd be interested to hear although (considering the ammount of comments I get) will most likely just have to guess. (lol).

I think a majority of the reason I stayed with Blogger is becuase of it's simplicity. Wordpress is a great blog publishing system, don't get me wrong, but it seems (TO ME AT LEAST, DURHH) hard to use. Maybe I'm just an idiot, but really I just don't like any other choice besides Blogger. Another thing is this post actually isn't an advertisement venture or an attempt to purseude you into staying if your thinking about switching, although it could be if I want it to. (evil grin) But I digress.

I would love to hear some of your reasons for staying with Blogger to post your blog or such, and how easy it is to use compared to other big name blogging softwares such as Wordpress. And Yeah. Randomness in this post is obvious.

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl --VideoGames--

Hey guys. How's it going? Today's post is concerning poke'mon games, from Blue, Red, Green and Yellow, up to Sapphire, Ruby, LF, FR, Emerald and beyond ie: (the newest games, Diamond and Pearl).

This post is concerning Poke'mon Diamond and Pearl, two equally good games for your Nintendo DS system. The system itself in these games hasn't changed other than using the touch screen to select options on battles and certain other events. The actual graphics have of course (if you've seen some of the screen's) improved with the introduction into 3D that Poke'mon in my opinion so desperately needed, the day and night cycle is back in which time goes by your own ds eternal clock from daytime, nightime and everything inbetween.

It's overall story is pretty much like Emerald, and it's overall gameplay with the DS touch screen doesn't add much, but it's a solid game and at least a few weeks worth of fun for any DS owner. If your checking out games for the DS, You should consider giving one of these games a look see. They aren't amazingly well amazing, but they do provide enertainment and are pretty fun ways to eliminate work stress or just to play when you need something to do.

Addictive, fun and simple, Poke'mon Diamond and Pearl present themselves are games for the avid expert, and new coming poke'mon trainer alike. They have an easy system that's not hard to pick up, play and have fun with either.

All and all it's a solid game that should keep your ds on for awhile, so with that I give it a solid 9.2 out of 10.

Well there's no denying some of you out there love groups like the w-inds and Lead, but this post ties in with my favorite of the two, (considering I've only heard a few, besides EuroPop) Lead. Their new single "DriveAlive" contains a whole bunch of great pop songs, but the best one, is DriveAlive. To understand this just watch below, (note: If you dislike this two men will break into your house and molester you! (Just kidding, FBI.)

I think the video does this post enough justice, Lead is a great band. And unlike N'sync and other american pop boy bands the ones in Japan and Asia in a whole have a shelf life past 2 years and hold their "in" crowd for a long time. Enjoy!

Trillian for one and one for all!

I've always wondered what would be better, to use Trillian (Pro Version) to save disk space, since having all of those seperate programs do kind of weigh down the computer's proformance. Downloading all of them to me just seems kind of silly, when you can have it all in one in one program that has skins, tons of smilies, and customizable features.

No this isn't an advertisement for Trillian or Trillian Pro or their many wonderful services. Damn this does sound pretty advertising. But I have to admit if you have to choose between downloading, AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, and those other less important but equally innovative and cool, would you do it if I gave you all of that in one slim, small package? Well you most likely just would becuase it's the smart thing to do unless your into seperate IM Client features which, Trillian, Miranda and Pidgin are all starting to develop and use on their newest builds of their software releases.

And on that note, I bid you all a farewell until tomorrow when I will most likely rant on about how desperate Sony is getting in the Video Game Console and Handheld Console Wars. And why some people feel it neccesary to shoot, rape, or victimize others for a game system, whether it be handheld, console, or otherwise. I joined the Myspace.com Group -- Warning, boring rant ahead

Well I recently joined Myspace.com after about 2 years of negligence to join. It seems like Myspace has evolved quite a bit since 2005. All of my friends have had an account on Myspace for nearly 3 years going on 4-5 now. It's strange, I don't think Myspace is really a fad more than it is a place for creepy old men to solicit young girls and boys.

I've stayed away from Myspace because of the horrors I've heard from it, (a story about someone who got stalked and stabbed via a Myspace page) could be a normal chain letter or urban legend, I don't know. It just seemed like avoiding the site was the best thing to do until I felt a bit more secure with it. I've got 23 friends so far, most of them I don't even know, some I do, even some up and coming bands which I'm guessing thought my myspace profile was of the Japanese boy band "Lead" by the icon I posted of their hit CD, "DeadAlive".

Well I basically just screwed myself over on that but oh well. I've tried to stay away from friend adders because I feel better getting to know people than just adding random people I don't even know. Some of those included strippers, musicians, random dude with a double chin, and someone who lost their husband in an accident or heart attack or something like that. I respect you if your reading this by the way. It takes courage to fight the tears that come into your eyes when you've lost someone and come to the realization that they will never come back, only in your dreams. Of course you will see them again once you die but I'm rambling on here.

School Shooting in Virginia -- Bound to Happen

Why are we seeing so many school shootings these days? From Columbine, the Amish School Shootings, the shootings last year at Virginia Tech and now this, which grimly re-wrote past history as the worst school shooting in American history. But this isn't something that should of been -- something that should of been avoided. However, it must be said with today's immoral, unorganized society that it was bound to happen.

I'm frankly surprised it didn't happen sooner. It's something that we must realize is a real threat and start taking action NOW. I'm sure you are just as much as me having a heartache for these poor souls. So young to die, so much life to pursue, such a wonderful and grand future for these bright young people. Taken away by a senseless act of violence. It's sickening but reawakens the stance on gun control.

No I don't believe we should remove guns, because they are used for protection. However I think we should eliminate the use of guns without further diving into the persons background and history. Looking into the future I hope to see something done about this all. God bless you all. Pray for those poor college students -- they need your prayers right now in this time of immense catastrophe.

This is one of my first large scale "personal improvement" articles so I may seem a bit, eh nervous at times but this is mostly how I am now in life and I figure it might help others.

What makes a man but his soul and his body, his attitudes, his opinions, feelings, etc, etc. I remember the days when I used to worry about making friends in a new school, job or business, it's always and (still is) very tough to do sometimes. But I have learned over the past few years or so (20 or more) that life is a wonderful thing and to share it with others, aka friends, family and relatives, is worth even more to me than just being alone in life.

Today's group of minorities and adolescents are all in to computers, video games, and messing around with drugs. Many of them, simply choose not to be helped, with the excuse that "they are a lost cause". But this isn't true. Reason with your child, ask them to listen, to learn, to hear. Let them speak their mind and speak yours. Don't just roll your eyes and give up. That never works.

A parent needs to just reason with their kid, and tell them they are not a lost cause. Whether they listen or not, eventually it will sink it with them. Once you've gotten your child to open to the world, help him or her make friends. The topic of this subject. They most likely are worried that the kids or people will think they are "gay" or "uncool", or maybe they just don't want to hang out with the "new kid on the block". It's obvious that at least in some schools that will never be the case. (hence, the public schools, which are a hell-hole for any child).

Tell them that to make friends it's better to talk with someone, someone they find interesting or cool. And so what if they don't like you back. You at least tried, so try again, you will eventually make friends no matter how bad the school situation is. Now whether those friends are good or not, has to be ultimately the parents decision.

Note: I am in no way a doctor or a PhD, I'm just giving my honest opinion on the subject, it's not my fault if your kid gets punched in the eye or kicked in the testicles.

By now the term low carb is practically a household term synonymous with losing weight and getting in shape. This diet seems to be successful and many people rave about it. The idea seems simple enough: eat lower carbs and lose weight. But it's worthwhile to examine the mechanics of low carb dieting and what makes them effective.

For most people, removing carbohydrates from your diet will greatly decrease your overall caloric intake. Simply by decreasing your calories you are eating less will lose weight as a result.

In addition to eating fewer overall calories, by abstaining from all of the starchy and sugary carbs that you would normally eat, your body will now have to break down glycogen in the liver and muscles to free glucose for use as fuel. Glycogen is the way glucose is stored in the muscles and liver.

This glycogen is made up primarily of water. During the process of converting it to glucose, water is released so the initial weight loss is almost entirely from water but this can amount to a substantial change in weight.In the next two weeks that an individual is on a low-carb diet they will notice that the extreme initial weight loss experienced slows after the initial effects of water being released slows down. It is at this time that your body begins to burn fat instead of releasing water. This will be the case as long as your carbohydrate intake remains below 50 or 60 grams daily. From this point, for the duration of your diet, the body is burning fat as its fuel.

When the body burns fat for fuel, ketones are produced as a by product. Ketones are released from the body in the urine, through the kidneys. An elevated ketone level in the kidneys suppresses your appetite, aiding in further weight loss. It is very important to drink increased amounts of water during this phase of your low carb diet in order to prevent dehydration.

Low carb dieting is not for everyone. Not everyone's body can withstand this eating plan. How long you remain on a low carb diet is a personal choice. As with any new diet or sudden change in eating habits, before beginning, it is recommended that you consult a doctor or a physician.

Happy Easter everyone! I hope your having a stellar Easter afternoon!

I think it's times like these that we should relize the true meaning of the holiday, no it's not about bunnies, or chocolate or even a basket of candy or those favored* easter egg hunts. No it's about the glorious rising (risen) of my (and I hope yours too) personal savior, Jesus Christ. It's fun to celebrate holidays with things like Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny, true, but we should never forget the true meaning. Even if your not a christian or a believer in Christ or God, Easter represents hope for us all.

The Pope made his speech and highlighted the "end of suffering for us all". It's true, the world is suffering and we need to fix the problems at hand. I feel that this holiday is not only one of the most single greatest events in Mankind's history (if not the most, besides the birth of Jesus ie: Christmas) but a message. A message of hope, love and peace for all of us, not just me, but you, and that man on the street corner with a single cardboard box and no food, for that lady in Africa living in a makeshift metal piece(s) house, or that jewish man being persecuted for his faith and his life. We must understand that Jesus loves us one and all, no matter what race, ethiticity, faith or otherwise.

No friends this is about a claim from a film company who got 12 of my videos that I had worked hard to edit to fit down to size and still maintain quality all in less than few days. I removed the videos some at least myself but alot of them simply vanished with nothing to explain but "Taken down by copyright claims". Which brings me to this topic. I think it's right that we have copyrights but not when they harm the viewing audience's chance to view movies, which (the companies don't relize) actually helps promote their items, movies, etc(s).

Now if your wondering what I did to get that claim against me I uploaded a complete movie to YouTube, BUT Understand the BUT here, I gave full credit to the company who made the movie, as well as tell them beforehand and never got rejected for it. And now they did this to me. I won't specify the company, nor the movie involved but I do feel somewhat cheated and letdown by YouTube that they could allow users to be stripped of their hard worked video editors.

Eh but I guess some people may never learn about whats right and wrong anymore. I guess soon YouTube will be shutdown for it's "Copyright Infringment" problems. Sigh. Well it was good while it lasted I guess.

Gorgeous George -- A "fat" loser

If you haven't already seen this guy, he's a public access host in Richmond, Virginia. He's so full of himself and his own personal appeal that he cannot see how truly repulsive his show is, (and trust me, if you've seen it, the funniest parts ARE the prank calls into his show). Now you would think that a public access host (especially considering how big they want to make their show appear so that it may latch on to bigger networks and such) would be able to defend his show with at least a few good comeback.

This cannot be said for Gorgeous George. The man spurts out more brain damaging "so-called" comeback then a dead whale on a beach in the summer. His appeal is only to those who need someone to "relieve" themselves to and cannot find a date or anyone subtle on the internet to "cyber" with. Now knowing this, you may be thinking why I wrote an entry on this low to earth life form. Well it's simple, he has been dormant and I think he needs to understand that his show (even though he took off calls to get revenge on the prank callers) that his show will never be successful. The fact that he was on a magazine intituled "Success" must either be a Photoshop job or some really good bribing.

Either way it must be said that the prank callers are part of a site that equally is low on the standards of society and the universe in general. What site am I referring to? Something awful.com. Now some of you may think it's a funny, cool website. And maybe it is, but the majority of what can be found on SA.com is mostly things rejected by other large internet(s) website. Maybe it should be understood that's why it's called "Something Awful".
Not defending Gorgeous George of course, the SA "goons" are much more appealing to me than Gorgeous George's pointless "skits" and attempts at humor.

He's constantly tried to formulate good comeback both on his show and when insulted via email. It just so happened that he sent one of these goons two emails after they mocked his threats to get the authorities on him. Apparently, he would send his beautiful girlfriend Sue, to attack them and bite off their scrotums. Of course, Sue, proving to be unloyal, took the ring George got for their marriage and hocked it for meth, never to be seen again.Maybe it should be said that this topic is longer than any of the other "real issues" on this blog. But hey, it's not all seriousness here. Gotta live the party when the bandwagon zips on by. Have a great Week!

So welcome? Yeah. I've made several Blogger blogs on reviews, and downloads but I figured for a change I would created a blog that deals with a variety of issues, both serious and non-cereal. {South-Park Reference, which im sure you guys know about!}. Anyways welcome to this parade? Party or something. I don't really know what this is. It's not even human, it's sub-human. Or something mutated from a cow. Eh, I think I need to lay off the joints for awhile.
